  • The vehicle is clean and good. Driver also driving carefully. Very dissapointed in the itinery though. Kek Lok Si is expected to be crowded so we are ok. We did not opt to go Penang hill as it will be the same. But when requested to go for Bao Sheng Durian farm, driver insisted on another “better” one, which we totally disappointed with. The durian quality is not acceptable and on top of that, seller charging us $60/kg on “red prawn”. Rediculous!! We feel like being cheated and it spoiled the entire afternoon trip which end up in a Lim Hwa Tai tourist shop buying local food:(

  • Driver held sign at airport, as expected. But driver complaint our flight was delayed that he had to pay parking fee. I have already informed the Company our flight would be delayed, so the fault is not on us. He requested us to pay his parking fee, it is not a lot but I think it should not be happened.
