太鲁阁那边重要的景点都不主动给我们停，要我看到大巴车停的地方要求，他才选择性的停一下。都过了燕子口了还说没到太鲁阁。只能说就是计时的交通。如果玩的话，8小时也绝对不够。建议走中横的，找承诺服务时间长的更好。晕车的人可以放弃。

We specially like to give a favorable feedback for our 3rd booking which was: 20150428000119 ~ 2015-04-30九份平溪包車一日遊, 台北奶爸(寶島之旅-全島包車). The Driver, Mr 王 was very accommodating. He picked us up at Beitou area and even though it was not part of the itinerary, brought us to Beitou Thermal Valley when he found out we were not aware of this sight. He also kindly drove us to a Taiwan Bank to change foreign currency when we told him we need to change NT$. He assisted to open the car doors and helped us up/down, until we told him that was unnecessary. Mr 王 also played his collection of Taiwan Aboriginal music when my Parents commented that they are fans of the music. Mr 王 was also very patient for our visiting of sights and willing to stop / park for us to view sights / take photos along the way. He was helpful and volunteered to take photos when we were setting off the sky lanterns. Our day tour has been a very pleasant experience and we enjoyed the Taiwanese hospitality!

定金付好邮件确认，从香港起飞前打电话没人接。当台湾机场打电话调度好像不知道这个事情，现场调车过来。等了大概20分钟。司机一路无交流，更别提介绍景点。到目的地后要收的钱也别原数多100，我拿出邮件截图没有多给。流程有问题，服务不好下次不会用。

Taxi did not show up. I contacted them 1 day before our departure. The main contact was able to speak English, and he emailed me the details of the actual driver. On the day, i called the driver around 12 noon because our flight is 1450hrs. He is not able to speak English so i looked for a local to translate.. Only to know that the driver doesn't have any idea he is going to pick us up that day. Omg! I called for a taxi in the street, and wasted my deposit for this service. Not gonna use this service again.

Mr Lee is a quiet but good mannered driver. He wait for us patiently and goes an extra mile for us by getting down and run to the service counter just to check if a particular sightseeing spot is still open to view, even though we said its okay to move on. We really appreciate that.

Since we cannot speak chinese and the driver cannot speak english , so there was not any contact before the date. However the driver came on time. He is very helpful.

非常棒的服務，司機吳大哥是個熱忱且非常有知識的導遊，帶我們遊歷很多花東漂亮的景點，還幫我們拍照。他大部分景點都親自帶我們下去走、認識當地文化。最值得感謝的是我們這次遇到花東颱風，臨時決定更改行程提早回台北，吳大哥充分利用在地人的優勢幫我們搶到兩張火車票，讓我們在豪雨成災的時刻離開花蓮，安全回到台北。我們非常感謝有他的幫助，以後也會多多介紹朋友來給他。

前の日に電話の確認があった。内容は料金の追加(800元)と待ち合わせ場所の確認であった。最終的には追加料金を二重に請求された。交通が順調であったが、1時間早く終了した。追加料金については文書に残すべきであった。
