Driver picked us up on time. Bring correct change as they may not have change on them however we were ok with it since we were stuck in crazy traffic getting to where we needed to get to. My son also left his toy car in the car and the driver came back later that night to drop it off. I can't imagine what the trip would be with a toddler fussing for his lost toy car.

Great service, roomy vans and polite drivers. Best way to get from TPE to downtown Taipei especially with a large group that includes seniors and little kids. Would use again!
