Sony, the driver, was excellent. Although he didnt understand some english but he did everything he could for us. He even brought us to places that wasnt in the itinerary. He was always smiling, very nice, friendly and helpful. But we wish there was a service that could cater to muslims like us, for example meals at halal restaurants, etc.

Same as above. But we found this tour a little bit boring so we didnt spend much time at the places but like I mentioned above, sony brought us to other great places not in the itinerary so that made the tour better.

Very good service, the driver was kind and waited for us even when the flight was delayed of almost 2 hours. We also didn't have to pay any extra night fee and he safely drove us to our hotel. Highly recommended

The van was nice, but the layout did not give us the flexibility to put medium/large size luggage. Trunk space only accommodated small luggage. So we ended up putting our medium size luggage around our seating spaces. Good thing it was a short 35-min road trip.

很好啦！司机是个二十来岁的小伙子，虽然话不是很多，介绍也没大多，但是下车平溪的景点都会给我们指路，帮我们拍照，主动给帮我们开车门，服务棒棒哒！最后我们去的黄金博物馆，我考虑包车的八小时时间要到了，就让送到景点就结束吧，但司机小哥说还有点时间，可等我们玩完，送我们回去，就不用我们自己坐公交回旅店了。台湾给我的感觉就是很有耐心负责任！

The van was comfortable but the space for the luggages is quite small so it's perfect to do a one day tour without large luggages. We have one handicapped with us and Jacky the driver was very nice and helpful. Be prepare for the trip well because the english is kind of limited. Overall driving service was very convenient and great. Will definitely use your service again next time.

司机师傅解说的不错，路上还带我们参观了一个私人牧场，喂了小羊，这是之前攻略没有看到的，很不错。但是全程不系安全带，安全驾驶方面比较担心。服务态度一般，不主动，以邮件沟通上没有这些景点为由不愿意去，其实宜兰很小，从早上开始游览的话都是来得及的，在我们说了之后才愿意去，这样旅游的愉悦感就打折扣了。如果超时了我们也会支付相应的费用，当然最后没有超时，因为邮件上确定的景点因为其他人不感兴趣所以没有安排。总之，因为一些沟通的原因，总体不太顺畅，有可能快过年了，也有可能是其他原因，希望以后能改进吧。P.S，宜兰没有景点，主要是温泉，以后要去的朋友订半天包车绝对够了。

Mr Bai is a very careful and good guide. We have an 18 month old boy with us and he took care that we are able to reach the locations in time for his meals. I highly recommend the one day trip as the vehicle used is new and child seat is good. The scenic spots are sought out and Mr Bai helped took many lovely pictures.

We had a wonderful time to Jiufen&Shifun. Support with the chat system was very useful and convenient as they answered ASAP when I need assistance. Driver picked us up on time and drives very safety!
