Pin is a good driver and safe. Only the pickup had some confusion because we were not instructed to go down to the first floor the day before. We thought we would meet her at the lobby which is on the 5th floor. Other than that the trip was good. She was friendly and easy to talk with. She guided us on what to do during our tour. I will recommend Pin anytime. The service and vehicle are good. Just one comment: hope you will add water to the vehicle next time since in long drives the passenger becomes thirsty. Thats all.
