Overall great experience with our transfer driver Mr Chen, he is on time for our pick-up and so thoughtful for him to update me on the weather at taipei a day before my flight there and recommend us to bring along umbrella/poncho. He is also very helpful and provide good recommendation.

as I was travelling with my mom at old age. she was very happy and please with the trip as we changed per weather, per her condition, so she was not in a rush or stuck in our plan.
